Assco / FEFCO types code

The European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers (FEFCO) and solid carton producers (ASSCO) have developed a comprehensive code aimed at replacing complicated definitions of corrugated board carton and packaging constructions through simple internationally acceptable symbols. These symbols are, independent of linguistic or other difficulties, generally understandable. In addition, the code can be used for orders and specifications from mail order packaging companies.

First number is the length of the box opening
Second number is the width of the box opening
Third number is the box depth.
